Hi! I’m Sophia Scrivo, the owner of SS Lash Studio! I have 2 years of experience in the beauty industry and am passionate about creating beautiful, customized lash sets while maintaining the health and integrity of your natural lashes. I take pride in being detail oriented and dedicated to providing every client with a comfortable and relaxing experience. In addition to lash extensions, I also offer other esthetic services to help you look and feel your best. I have been a licensed esthetician in both Kansas and Missouri since 2024, and I’m excited to continue helping clients enhance their natural beauty! Cancellation Policy At SS Lash Studio, I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a 20% fee of the scheduled service total. Thank you for respecting my time and business. I appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you! Refund & Adjustment Policy All services are final sale, and refunds will not be provided. If you are unhappy with your service or feel that adjustments are needed, please contact SS Lash Studio within 3 days of your appointment. I want to make sure you are happy with your results and will be happy to provide ONE complimentary adjustment or removal, whichever you prefer. Adjustments must be discussed and scheduled within the 3 days timeframe. After 3 days, complimentary adjustments or removals will no longer be available.
